POSITION SUMMARY:
The Radiology Partners IT Service Management (ITSM) Team seeks a motivated, high-performing Process Improvement Developer. A Process Improvement Developer will serve as a consultant to the Radiology Partners ITSM team by evaluating, planning, and implementing business processes and practices’ improvements. Other aspects of the job will include developing API, workflows, and forms to produce action on those processes and practices within the tools used in IT, team building and group facilitation, collecting survey feedback, and delivering live training. The Process Improvement Developer must be well trained in using the IT workflow platform as well as in hardware and software applications.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consult on IT process evaluation, planning, and workflow improvements using ITSM tools.
  • Design and implement user-friendly forms and create workflows that enhance IT efficiency.
  • Lead design and requirements meetings, collaborate with IT teams, and 
  • Author, publish and revise ServiceNow knowledge base and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) of ServiceNow annually.
  • Deliver live process workflow training to IT teams on a quarterly basis.
  • Write, test, and maintain JavaScript codes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide training, gather user feedback, and support ITSM communications and team initiatives.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Obtain the ITIL 4 Foundation Certification within the first six months and renew the certification every three years.
  • Obtain a form of admin certification in ServiceNow (CSA, CAD, ServiceNow Certified Flow Designer, etc.).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, Flow Designer, and JavaScript, with relevant admin certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication, technical writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and execute in high-pressure environments.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and IT process improvement.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
