Position Summary

Advanced Diagnostic Imaging (ADI) is seeking an Independent Contractor, General Radiologist, who is comfortable with all aspects of diagnostic radiology. Highlights of this opportunity include:

  • General radiology and open to any subspecialty
  • Remote, hybrid, and on-site options in the vibrant city of Nashville are available
  • Part-time – work as your current schedule allows, with NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS
  • Weekend moonlighting opportunities to earn additional income also available

LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

Advanced Diagnostic Imaging (ADI) is a dynamic and entrepreneurial practice that currently serves one hospital in the Middle TN area and jointly owns/staffs 17 imaging centers in the greater Nashville area.  Practice growth has outpaced the population boom in Nashville in large part due to the success of our outpatient imaging venture, Premier Radiology. Our innovative IT platform and patient first approach have allowed us to become the preferred outpatient imaging provider in the area.

Nashville, TN has been voted one of the best places to live in the United States and one of the best places to retire by U.S. News. There is always something to do in this city. Known for its country music-filled streets, hot chicken, thriving nightlife, lower cost of living compared to most metropolitan areas, no state income tax, and growing job market, it is easy to see why people are flocking to this action-packed city! Residents and visitors alike enjoy a vast amount of fun and entertainment year-round, including an abundance of parks, waterways, recreational areas, and a thriving arts and cultural scene. The city has many major and minor league sports teams, and there are several opportunities for higher education through such institutions as Vanderbilt University and Tennessee State University.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fellows and Residents welcome to apply
  • Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
  • Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • Licensed in or have the ability to be licensed in the state of TN
