POSITION SUMMARY:

The Practice Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational data, supporting process improvements, and assisting in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the practice. The individual will work closely with leadership on the team, helping them analyze operational data, supporting process improvements, and assisting in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the practice. This role will be a key contributor to our daily operations, Radiologist retention, client satisfaction and Practice objectives by providing workflow solutions and proactive recommendations to Practice leadership.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Analyze operational metrics (e.g., TAT, QA, case volumes) and radiologist productivity to identify improvement opportunities and drive workflow efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with IT to optimize radiology systems (PACS/RIS) and support scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution efforts. 
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting on KPIs, practice trends, and radiologist engagement to inform leadership decisions. 
  • Manage compliance-related tasks, including credentialing, licensing, regulatory reporting, and provider payroll accuracy. 
  • Assist with clinical quality programs such as OPPE/FPPE, CME tracking, and site accreditation support. 
  • Coordinate and support strategic initiatives, special projects, business development, and team communications (e.g., agendas, newsletters). 
  • Facilitate radiologist support for escalated cases and ensure coverage across worklists and clinical priorities. 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, data analysis or practice management
  • Experience with PowerBI highly preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in similar role in radiology highly preferred 
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems such as PACS, RIS and QGenda 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage information across multiple platforms 
  • Quick learner with creative problem solving skills, a self-starter mindset, and comfort navigating ambiguity 

COMPENSATION: 

The hourly range for this position is $65,000-$70,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
