POSITION SUMMARY:
The Microsoft Services Architect provides technical leadership for the Practice’s Microsoft Cloud environment, overseeing Power Platform, M365 products, and related technologies. They lead integration, strategy, and governance while supporting Platform Administrators and shaping AI tool adoption.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides expertise in Microsoft tools, advocating for cloud adoption where appropriate.
  • Designs and delivers technical implementation strategies across Microsoft services.
  • Collaborates on defining and building enterprise-wide standards.
  • Develops technical documentation for system architecture and implementation.
  • Implements solutions across Microsoft applications and platforms.
  • Defines best practices and supports Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform policies.
  • Monitors system performance, security, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves escalated system architecture issues.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of Microsoft services administration experience.
  • 6+ years in a Solutions Architect or similar business-facing role.
  • Expertise in M365, Power Platform, Azure AD, and Exchange Online/On-Prem.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Windows Server Platforms, and PowerShell scripting.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $100K-$120K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
