Position Summary

Radiology Partners is searching for a dynamic, innovative, and strategic leader to serve as PRACTICE PRESIDENT to lead our exceptional team providing Diagnostic Radiology services to health systems in Central and Eastern Kentucky and southern West Virginia. The ideal candidate will have superior leadership skills and will have clinical training in Diagnostic Radiology with or without subspecialty. This position offers a very generous compensation package, sign-on/retention bonus, generous time off, a full complement of benefits that includes 401k and malpractice insurance coverage. This is a partnership track position, providing opportunity for physician ownership and decision-making with the practice.

  • 3 Hospital systems, including a Level II Trauma Ctr
  • Full-time clinical position with protected administrative time
  • Provides clinical leadership for the Radiology Department 
  • Builds and maintains communication and relationships with hospitals and physicians

Additionally, RP Bluegrass extends its services to hospital clients in both Eastern/Central Kentucky and West Virginia.


DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
  • Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology or Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Fellowship training preferred but not required
  • Ability to obtain a Kentucky license & West Virginia license
