POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced IT Imaging Services Optimization Manager to enhance the efficiency, performance, and scalability of our IT systems and processes. This remote role focuses on identifying optimization opportunities, leading cross-functional initiatives, and implementing best practices to improve IT operations, reduce costs, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will manage a team responsible for IT imaging solutions and ensure seamless collaboration between IT and other service teams.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and mentor the IT Optimization Team to improve system performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline IT operations.
  • Oversee ServiceNow problem ticket management and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Implement performance monitoring tools to track and enhance system performance.
  • Manage optimization projects, aligning them with business goals and cost-reduction strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and industry standards.
  • Oversee IT imaging system configuration, troubleshooting, and support for PACS, VNAs, worklists, and AI platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support for end users.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer-focused service.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 5–7 years of IT management experience, with a focus on system optimization and process improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in health information systems or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in IT imaging systems, VPN troubleshooting, and workflow integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a high-performing team.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $90K-$110K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
