POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners (RP) is seeking a Regional Director, Outpatient IT Services that will be responsible for the oversight of all outpatient application and IT field services across a customer base. To be successful in this position, one must ensure efficient and timely delivery of outpatient application and field service operations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. The Regional Outpatient IT Services Director role is a critical member of the IT organization providing outstanding client services and overseeing implementations and operations in support of RP practice directors, clinic managers, clients, and radiologists. 

This role supports locally in the Hartford, CT market. Candidates must be located in or within reasonable distance to Hartford, CT.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reviews business processes and recommends IT improvements to align with objectives.
  • Audits, maintains, and validates all applications while ensuring ownership.
  • Oversees system testing, upgrades, and software training.
  • Coordinates workflow processes and integration between applications.
  • Supports data analysts with report creation and modifications.
  • Manages vendor relationships, escalations, and contract negotiations.
  • Leads and develops staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensures high service standards and collaboration across departments.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 8–10 years in Healthcare IT.
  • Expertise in RIS/imaging workflows, PACS, HL7, and application support.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards including IT Service Management and Project Management. 
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing and developing teams in different geographical locations. 
  • Working experience in managing client relationships with a service excellence focus. 
  • Ability to analyze complex data for business decisions and process improvements.
  • Experience with system troubleshooting, desktop support, and technical issue resolution.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $115K-$130K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
