POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is seeking a Senior Analyst responsible for providing analyses that support RP’s clinical transformation initiatives. As a member of the Clinical Transformation team, you will be a key contributor to both program and Practice objectives by providing analytical solutions and proactive recommendations to senior management. Key responsibilities of this role include the development, deployment, and maintenance of reports and dashboards in Power BI. This person will also collaborate with multiple groups, and support adhoc requests as they arise.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use SQL to pull, clean, and filter data for analysis
  • Develop and maintain a suite of dashboards in Power BI with an eye towards data accuracy, functionality, and performance
  • Analyze existing dashboards to identify enhancement opportunities
  • Coordinate with data warehouse, IT, and other teams to ensure and maintain the integrity of the data that feeds the dashboards and problem solve any emerging issues
  • Evaluate and analyze results relative to expectation; understand, explain, and communicate variances; and adapt solutions to reflect emerging insights
  • Generate ad hoc analyses, tailor outputs to stakeholders, communicate insights effectively
  • Participate in initiatives to drive operational performance and strategic objectives
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Expert level skills in SQL & Power BI
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint a plus
  • B.A. or B.S. in quantitative field preferred
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Experience in healthcare, radiology, revenue cycle management, or medical billing is a plus
  • Experience working in a large, multi-segment organization and/or consulting is a plus
  • Knowledge of Azure Databricks is required
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
