POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners has an open position for a Data Analyst on the IT Data Warehouse team. The position will report to the Operations Manager, IT Data Warehouse and be responsible for working with many areas within the IT and Clinical teams with a focus on workflow and requirements.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with Development staff and end user to understand service requests and translate into requirements. 
  • Assist in the integration, mapping of new sites, Validations and post go-live monitoring and documentation.
  • Create and maintain DWH artifacts. 
  • Work with internal and external customers to propose changes to data flow when and if needed. 
  • Work with project managers and project teams to plan, test and implement data flow changes. 
  • Performs problem, incident resolutions and root cause analysis along with recommending and implementing preventive techniques. Create PBI reports for a smarter approach to monitoring and early issue detection.
  • Perform Operations Daily Check and Development Daily Checks for ADF pipelines, Completion of PBI cycle, Billing and Clinical cycle runs etc. RCA of disruptions and SBAR Communications.
  • Perform Low Data Volume Check, Unknown Rads and other common issues across RP Practices. Resolve the issues with data disruption.
  • Closing out Incidents, Problems, Service Requests timely. Providing notes on progress and appropriate resolution to tickets meeting the SLAs.
  • Assist in setting development priorities and bug fixes. 
  • Execute and use AI to automate predictive tasks.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years IT experience. 
  • Healthcare experience with knowledge of HIPAA data privacy practices and laws, a plus. 
  • Advanced experience in writing SQL queries. Advanced proficiency with Excel.
  • Understanding of data flow between EHR / EMR and PACS, voice recognition applications, etc. 
  • Experience with data architecture, data warehousing, and data modeling, a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure, Redshift, Databricks, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, SharePoint, a plus. 
  • Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong data mapping and functional requirements documentation skill. 
  • Data profiling and analysis skill. 
  • Experience and knowledge with Data Warehouse ETL process. 
  • Experience with master data management is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Able and interested in working a flexible schedule. 

 COMPENSATION:
 The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
