Coastal Imaging and Vascular Associates is now hiring for a certified X-Ray Technologist!
 
Summary:  The X-Ray Technologist will perform radiologic exams as directed by the attending physician. The Technologist must function independently, following all safety procedures. The technologist must also effectively and compassionately work with patients and their families as well as interdepartmental personnel in a collegial manner. The technologist must exercise professional judgment in the performance of services in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
 
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
  • Completion of accredited Radiology, MRI or Ultrasound program 
  • ARRT certification; Venipuncture certification 
  • At least one-year experience in certified modality 
  • Good verbal communication skills in order to interact in a professional manner with patients, visitors, co-workers, equipment vendors and radiologists. Basic computer knowledge
