POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced Practice Coordinator for Greensboro Radiology. This role is a unique opportunity to support a robust, high performing practice. Additionally, it is an outstanding opportunity for the practice management professional who desires a broader business role by servicing a primarily hospital-based physician group. As the Practice Coordinator, you serve as a first point of contact and adviser for Greensboro Radiology. This individual will support a full staff of radiologists, duties will assist in managing the practice through support in a variety of activities that directly impact the day-to-day operations. You will be part of a team focused on building effective, service driven relationships and providing innovative solutions for business matters.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate regular meetings with practice clients
  • Assist with monitoring key practice metrics
  • Track and follow through on issues raised by facility sites, referring docs or radiologists
  • Support practice with Accounts payable and supply order management
  • Support physician payroll, payroll adjustments, and payroll reporting 
  • Support radiologist scheduling 
  • Coordination of new radiologist onboarding (work with HR, IT, Legal and Local Team) 
  • Process management of new physician onboarding to ensure timely starts 
  • On-going coordination with licensing, privileging and payor credentialing 
  • Assist with internal web content maintenance 
  • Assist with development and distribution of communications to practice 
  • Provide support to clinical team for clinical reporting, documentation, and information updates 
  • Support production and management of practice mail, documents, policies, and procedures 
  • Support a productive, team-oriented environment for our radiologists 
  • General support of projects and tasks as new practice improvement initiatives arise 
  • Interact in a positive manner with other departments within the regional and corporate office to facilitate the practice’s projects 
  • Assist and coordinate ad-hoc projects as requested by operations leadership 
  • Cultivate and apply strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to juggle multiple assignments and cope with stressful situation
 
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience preferred
  • 2-3 years’ prior relevant experience in healthcare administration or radiology preferred. 
  • Possesses strong customer focus – proven ability to understand customer and stakeholder insights and coordinate strategies and contribute to solutions to meet customer needs
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Daily work duties will include moderate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as other Microsoft tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to exercise judgement and discretion in supporting daily business operations 
  • Strong Work Ethic with the ability to self-start and work independently or as part of a diverse team
