Position Summary 

Boca Radiology Group (BRG) is a 40 person sub-specialized, diversified, state of the art private practice in sunny southeast Florida covering a tertiary 400 bed hospital with Level 3 ED, 11 outpatient imaging centers and teleradiology sites. The group prides itself on being at the forefront of new procedures and technology including seven 3.0 Tesla MRI machines, specialized MARS techniques, DECT, and SPECT-CT. Our MSK section is high volume and well balanced by professional and collegiate athletics, sports medicine, rheumatology, emergency, and hospital-based cases.

Boca Radiology Group is seeking a certified Radiology Assistant to join our team-orientated practice in Boca Raton, FL. This position will support and expand fluoroscopy coverage to multiple locations providing draft reports for x-ray, bones densitometry measurements, assist with pulmonary nodules, tumor measurements, address calls for contrast reactions, and train future or new Radiology Assistants. This is a full-time day shift opportunity working from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.


POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule: Onsite M-F
  • Shift: 8am-5pm EST
  • x-ray, bones densitometry measurements and assist with pulmonary nodules and tumor measurements


DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RA program
  • Must be licensed to practice in the State of Florida
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
