POSITION SUMMARY
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll drive the full recruitment process for clinical and support roles, partnering with hiring managers to craft candidate profiles and design innovative sourcing strategies. Your success will be built on fostering strong relationships, ensuring compliance, and promoting Radiology Partners’ culture. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with hiring managers to define job qualifications and candidate profiles
Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and events
Manage the internal job posting process and ATS data integrity
Deliver offers, finalize contracts, and ensure compliance with recruitment regulations

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or related field (preferred)
1+ year of recruiting experience for radiologic technologists 
Proficiency with ATS navigation and reporting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and occasionally travel

COMPENSATION 
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
