Position Summary

The Commercial Product and Customer Delivery lead is responsible for driving the commercial success of Radiology Partners’ product portfolio and ensuring the successful implementation and IT delivery of products to our customers while driving satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role combines strategic product management with a deep understanding of the technical requirements to ensure that products meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.  Additionally, this role involves overseeing the entire technical implementation process, from planning and coordination to execution and handing off to post-delivery support.  This role will work closely with cross-funtional teams, including sales, IT, and Operations, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both radiology and radiology information systems, coupled with excellent troubleshooting, training and communication skills.  This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management, customer service, and leadership skills to manage and optimize the customer delivery experience.  We seek a highly motivated team member dedicated to delivering value and exceptional personalized customer experiences.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and technical implementation of the product strategy in alignment with Radiology Partners’ business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to define product technical specifications and ensure timely product development.
  • Develop and implement technical implementation strategies for new and existing products, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create effective product launch plans and sales enablement materials.
  • Contribute technical oversight of the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensurint the products remain competitive and meet customer needs.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with customers, industry experts, and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on product performance and market needs.
  • Ensure technical implementation aligns with best practices and profitability targets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, addressing any concerns and ensuring clear communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered products or services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any technical issues promptly.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve any technical or operational challenges that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations and delivery goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve technical implementation processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices and standardize procedures for the project delivery and customer interactions.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the delivery process and work with relevant teams to implement changes.
  • Identify potential risks in the delivery process and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively manage and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines or customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all delivery activities comply with Radiology Partners policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all delivery activities, including project plans, customer interactions, and issues resolved.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project status, delivery performance, Key Performance Indicators, and customer satisfaction.
  • Document lessons learned from each delivery to inform future project status, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Promotes communication and cooperation among teammates to create a spirit of unity in the department
  • Works closely with leadership and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to direct reports (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a commercial setting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive work ethic with a commitment to understanding, meeting, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software desired.
  • Posses a positive attitude and demonstrate honesty and integrity in all endeavors.

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
