POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is seeking a senior manager to manage and execute large-scale Infrastructure transformation projects focusing on aspects such as project planning, stakeholder management, and team coordination. Reporting to the senior transformation director; essentially, he or she will help bridge the gap between strategy and implementation in cloud adoption, data center consolidation, enterprise network reengineering, automation, modernization, and standardization initiatives within an organization.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute transformation strategies aligned with business objectives, including change management and training programs.
  • Lead or support IT transformation projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to optimize or implement systems.
  • Monitor initiative performance, address risks, and facilitate communication with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment with transformation goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and partner with business units to understand IT needs.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, and develop communication strategies to engage hospital staff during IT system upgrades or transitions.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, IT, Radiology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare IT project management, EMR implementations, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with IT service management and project management tools (e.g., Jira or ServiceNow).
  • PMP or other project management certifications, and Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately 25% of the time.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $125,000-$150,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
