POSITION SUMMARY:
The Corporate Development team at Radiology Partners seeks a versatile, high-performing individual to support analytics related to M&A, new client growth, and other strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply analytical and strategic skills in a fast-growing healthcare environment. It is highly visible, involving regular interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration. The position provides broad exposure to both M&A and organic growth, including opportunity assessment, valuation, diligence, integration, and market analysis. Ultimately, this role supports key initiatives that drive the practice’s national expansion and overall growth.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts financial and operational analysis to support M&A, partnerships, and growth initiatives. •
- Builds detailed financial models for acquisitions and new business opportunities. •
- Works independently with cross-functional teams during due diligence and deal execution.
- Manages deal processes and aligns internal teams with strategic objectives.
- Prepares and presents financial analyses, reports, and investment memos to leadership and investors.
- Provides support in meetings with target companies and external advisors (e.g., bankers, lawyers, accountants).
- Analyzes large datasets using Excel, Smartsheets, and Salesforce with high proficiency.
- Tracks key performance metrics and prepares regular growth and deal updates for senior leadership.
- Researches industry trends, competitors, and policy developments; presents strategic insights.
- Leads process improvement and problem-solving initiatives within the team.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Undergraduate degree from top-tier institution preferred
- 3+ years of full-time work experience or internship experience ideally in an investment bank, management consulting firm or corporate finance/development/strategy division of a well-regarded large operating company
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Prior experience in healthcare is a plus but not required
- Proven ability to manage multiple analytical projects under pressure, meeting tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and performance-driven, leveraging metrics to optimize outcomes and solve complex problems strategically.
- Skilled in data structuring and analysis using Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet, with a talent for clear communication to senior leadership.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator, building strong relationships and fostering open, autonomous teamwork across departments.
COMPENSATION: The hourly range for this position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
