POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Transformation to lead clinical programs during an exciting inflection point of industry-wide technological innovation. This leader will focus on collaboratively partnering with physician and operational executive leaders to transform radiology through the deployment and management of industry-leading innovation such as AI, advanced technologies, and people services, while maintaining a balanced priority on care quality, patient experience, provider engagement, and financial stewardship. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to synthesize complex information, foresee industry shifts, guide the broader leadership team in making data-driven, impactful decisions, and inculcate a culture of empowered ownership within a team of highly talented individuals.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Workflow Optimization – Drive AI- and people-powered programs that enhance clinical quality, physician experience, and patient care. Foster innovation with key physicians to pilot and scale new technologies. Develop a multi-year roadmap focused on tech-enabled clinical and operational improvements.
  • Practice Success – Partner with physician and operational leaders to address critical pain points in care delivery. Establish feedback channels for 4,000+ clinicians to gauge program effectiveness. Build trust with leadership to support change management.
  • Operational Excellence – Lead teams in deploying high-impact programs with a focus on ROI and cost efficiency. Manage vendor partnerships to optimize service and reduce costs.
  • Analytic Insights – Equip practice leaders with data-driven insights for informed decision-making. Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Cross-Practice Initiatives – Drive standardization and scalable improvements in exam distribution, compensation, growth, and partnerships. Support new Centers of Excellence to advance innovation.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Education & Experience – Master’s or MBA preferred, with 10+ years in corporate strategy, consulting, transformation, or healthcare operations; radiology experience a plus.
  • Strategic Vision – Forward-thinking leader who balances immediate execution with long-term planning to shape the future of radiology.
  • Industry & Analytical Expertise – Deep healthcare knowledge with strong data analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making skills, ensuring a patient-first and financially responsible approach.
  • Leadership & Communication – Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, collaborate with senior executives, and influence across all levels.
  • Change Management – Skilled in guiding organizations through transformation, building buy-in, and driving adoption.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $200K-$250K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
