POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a VP of Corporate Development responsible for supporting the execution of a company's strategic growth initiatives through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other inorganic strategies. Typically focusing on identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deal terms, and managing the integration process, while reporting to a senior level executive within the corporate development function; requiring strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the market landscape and industry dynamics.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Market analysis and target identification:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential acquisition targets that align with the company's strategic goals, including assessing competitive landscape, industry trends, and financial performance.
• Financial due diligence:
• Lead the financial analysis of potential acquisition targets, including reviewing financial statements, cash flow projections, and valuation assessments.
• Deal structuring and negotiation:
• Develop deal structures, negotiate key terms and conditions with target companies, and work with legal and finance teams to finalize transaction documents.
• Integration planning:
• Develop comprehensive integration plans to seamlessly incorporate acquired companies into the existing organization, including operational, financial, and cultural aspects.
• Strategic partnerships:
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other companies to facilitate growth and market expansion.
• Investor relations:
• Assist in presenting corporate development strategies to investors and analysts, including providing updates on potential transactions.
• Internal stakeholder management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization, including business unit leaders, legal, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment on corporate development initiatives.
• Operations Support & Special Projects:
• Ability to step into & provide cross functional leadership on critical strategic and operating initiatives, including practice renewals, strategic plans / negotiations / ongoing vendor management for large-scale new clinical programs

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Financial expertise: Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling.
• Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive corporate development strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• M&A experience: Proven track record in identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers and acquisitions.
• Negotiation skills: Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deal terms.
• Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the relevant industry landscape, key players, and market dynamics.
• Communication skills: Effective communication skills to interact with senior executives, external partners, and internal stakeholders.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $200,000-$240,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
