Radiology Partners is seeking a VP Clinical Dev Partnerships. The position will report to the SVP of IT, Clinical Tech Product and will be responsible for managing the technical direction of strategic development partnerships and vendor relationships. The role will have a strong technical emphasis as we look to integrate new advanced solutions quickly into our portfolio. They will work with internal stakeholders to prioritize activities and external vendors to manage pilots and partnerships.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage relationship with strategic partners including AI Vendors, Development Partners and other strategic partners
- Define technical direction and integration with development partners
- Manage co-development opportunities with partner
- Work with Clinical Tech Product teams to define the integration of partner products into our roadma
- Work with Strategy team to define partner direction and growth
- Proactively manage vendor partners to facilitate and prioritize feature requests
- Work cross functionally to determine program and project needs and define success criteria
- Identify and work with stakeholders from all involved teams within Radiology Partners
- Create, maintain and improve downtime processes and documentation
- Work with Project Managers to ensure that Projects are being defined and tracked appropriately
- Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to help define product roadmaps and developing delivery plans
- Bring business acumen, insights and industry knowledge into the product development life-cycl
- Identify and communicates possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers.
- Be a change agent, introducing new concepts and leading innovation.
- Ensures that all aspects of technology are compliant with HIPAA and all other requirements to ensure appropriate controls, policies and procedures, and other requirements are in place
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record of leading enterprise scale, complex programs successfully. Radiology experience preferred.
- Must have 10+ years’ experience in software development with at least 7 years functional management experience leading software engineering teams.
- People leadership and management skills, including direct experience leading, managing and mentoring large teams
- Product management and operations experience, preferably in a regulated environment (finance, life science, industrial)
- Successful track record of delivering programs on scope, on time, on budget, on quality and on benefit in highly matrixed and geographically distributed environments
- Established successful external partnerships with technology product and service providers.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time, if required
- Relevant bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experiences
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $220K-$250K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
