POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a Supervisor for our front-end Revenue Cycle team. This Supervisor will support the management of the team that is responsible for all aspects of Radiology Partners demographic and charge capture information, physician and payor mapping, and overall clean claim submissions. This includes reporting on all functions of front-end revenue cycle, team oversight, and training. The Supervisor will serve as a subject matter expert and project manager for different RCM initiatives.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervision of the entire front-end RCM function, including charge capture and clean claim submission processes
- Oversight and management of all clearinghouse functions and processes including adhoc reporting
- Oversee the EDI function and payor enrollment processes with Medicare, Medicaid, and all commercial payors
- Review daily, weekly and monthly key metrics to identify trends and areas of focus
- Implement action plans and work with direct RCM Manager to develop next steps, document processes and outcomes as appropriate
- Address issues and ensure claims are submitted clean and in a timely manner
- Resolve complex claim submission and payor issues across practices and escalate to management as needed
- Maintain knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, state and federal laws and regulations for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and other third party payors
- Maintain current knowledge of billing and coding requirements, including payor claim requirements and potential coding issues
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of process improvements and performance outcomes
- Mentor, motivate and manage performance of teammates, including merit rewards, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary action as needed

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- B.A. or B.S. in a related field preferred
- 4+ years or more of related RCM experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a revenue cycle setting in a fast paced, high volume environment preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge across all aspects of healthcare revenue cycle functions, medical billing, CPT/ICD9/ICD10 coding, related adhoc reporting and management, with a strong knowledge of payor requirements
- Experience enrolling providers and entities with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors
- Radiology revenue cycle and billing experience is preferred
- Excellent inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated competency in working in teams and ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint required;
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead process improvement projects, and other projects as they relate to revenue cycle
- Excellent relationship building skills and aptitude for working collaboratively with cross-functional groups
- Self-starter with high degree of drive, initiative, and follow through
- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment

The salary range for this position is $54,000.00 - $63,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
