Position Summary

The Supervisor, Sourcing Team will lead and manage a team focused on building strong pipelines of highly qualified physician candidates. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for talent sourcing, healthcare workforce trends, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills, a deep understanding of physician sourcing strategies, and the ability to optimize team performance to meet recruitment objectives.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor Sourcing Team to achieve sourcing goals and ensure high-quality candidate pipelines 
  • Provide ongoing training and development, including sourcing strategies, tools, and healthcare market trends 
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs and regular feedback, offering support and interventions as needed
  • Oversee the execution of creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive physician candidates via partner platforms, job boards, databases, social media, residency programs, professional associations, and direct outreach campaigns 
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand workforce planning needs and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly 
  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics such as candidate pipeline activity, outreach effectiveness, and time-to-source 
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders related to sourcing activities, updates, and challenges
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance sourcing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and candidate engagement

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • 3–5 years of experience in physician sourcing or healthcare recruitment; at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity 
  •  BS/BA preferred 
  • Experience in physician recruitment within radiology, primary care, or hospital-based specialties preferred •
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Doximity, PracticeMatch, etc.), CRM/ATS systems, and healthcare labor market dynamics 
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms and sourcing automation tools 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with competing priorities 
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
