Position SummarY

RP has recently deployed Adaptive Planning and is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to further enhance capabilities within the system. In collaboration with the Finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing and/or maintaining advanced models and reports within Workday Adaptive Planning which will empower strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiency in a practice-wide bottoms-up build of budgets and forecasts. The Senior Analyst will be expected to understand financial reporting, KPI tracking, budgeting and forecasting processes, back-end modeling and reporting within Workday Adaptive Planning. This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-performing, analytically inclined individual to apply and build their skills while gaining exposure to the full scope of Radiology Partners’ business model. The position will report to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement planning solutions to meet evolving business needs, including building models and formulas to support financial planning using modeled and cubed sheets, dimensions, and attributes
  • Assist with ongoing maintenance of the Adaptive Planning platform, including user access, security, integrations, and system configuration
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create, refresh, and load key model assumptions
  • Collaborate on design, development, and maintenance of reports within Workday Adaptive Planning, using advanced features such as custom web reporting, dashboards, and Office Connect to transform complex financial information into clear, concise, and impactful visualizations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Finance Team to meet the specific needs of Adaptive end-users, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and ease of use
  • Support various other strategic planning and analysis initiatives as needed

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2 - 5+ years of Finance experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Business Administration
  • Must have a strong understanding of the components of the business planning and budgeting process, with a deep understanding of how models, accounts, dimensions, assumptions, and formulas build up and impact the key financial reporting elements on the statement of operations
  • Experience using Workday Adaptive Planning highly desired
  • Ability to learn and assimilate technical information quickly
  • Advanced MS Excel required

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
