POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the Provider Enrollment Team, this position is focuses on initiating timely government and contracted payor enrollments for radiologist on a national level.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Timely initiate new government and contracted payor enrollments
- Timely revalidate and re-enroll providers with government and contracted payors
- Work with internal billing team and vendor to share approvals and work through denials and appeal process
- Maintains knowledge of current payor requirements
- Maintain and update practice enrollment software with all enrollment-related communication during the enrollment process, to include payor approval information
- Audits payor internal directories for current and accurate provider information
- Perform other reasonably related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management personnel
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 2+ years in a Provider Enrollment role
- Working knowledge and understanding of the Provider Enrollment process
- Experience with enrollment based software, NPPEs, and PECOS preferred
ยท Proficient Medicare and Medicaid, and BUCHA multi-state payor enrollment experience desired Knowledge of CAQH preferred
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet resources as well as industry specific software
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with Radiology staff and contacts outside the organization
- Detailed oriented and high degree of accuracy with the ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information as well as to research and analyze data
- Strong organizational skills: ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including letters, memos, and emails
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to think critically and identify the global impact across the revenue cycle with a solution oriented approach

The hourly range for this position is $27-$31.
