POSITION SUMMARY
The Workflow Design Lead is a key player on the Transformation Team at RP. With focus on technical innovation and optimization of current workflow processes, this role involves designing, implementing, and enhancing workflow systems to improve radiologist efficiency and experience. The Workflow Design Lead must possess deep knowledge of core clinical radiology applications (worklist, PACS, and voice recognition systems), radiology workflows and administrating radiology clinical applications. Experience collaborating directly with radiologists, senior leadership and technical teams is essential for success in this role.
· Develop, implement, and enhance technical solutions to streamline radiology workflows.
· Provide technical support for internal and external teammates involved in Transformation Team initiatives.
· Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for technical innovations in radiologist workflow. Working cross-functionally with clin apps and leadership teams to vet and deploy new solutions.
· Understand and capture radiology workflow challenges to develop scalable workflow solutions that maximize radiologist experience.
· Participate in partnership with vendors to implement and train on new solutions or workflows.
· Work with the Sr. Manager of Workflow Innovation to distribute newly developed solutions and educate the team on their benefits.
· Collaborate with the Transformation Team to track pre- and post-intervention analyses. Assessing key efficiency and satisfaction metrics for radiologists participating in related programs.
· Cultivate relationships with internal and external SMEs to continually improve clinical systems and solutions that optimize radiologist workflow.
· Carry out other duties, tasks, and projects, as needed, to support Practice Excellence and Radiology Partners
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· 5+ years of Clinical applications training and/or clinical applications product management experience, required
· Strong experience in administration radiology clinical applications (PACS, Voice Recognition Worklist systems), required
· Superuser of PACS and/or voice recognition, required
· Experience leading development of learning modules (videos, online learning, personal training, etc.), required
· Strong professional demeanor with physicians and senior leaders
· Excellent presentation, leadership, and team-building skills
· Ability to work within a team environment, securing buy-in and agreement through collaborative efforts
· Analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel, preferred
· Skills communicating in PowerPoint, preferred

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
