Position SummarY:

Radiology Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Market Manager in Provider Enrollment to lead a key region(s) while driving excellence, collaboration, and service across the organization. This highly visible role is responsible for managing a high-performing, proactive, and assertive team, while also serving as the external face of the Provider Enrollment function to internal divisions, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Operations, and other enterprise Support functions. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with relationship-building prowess and a customer service mindset – able to lead with confidence, communicate with influence, and build trust across stakeholders. Both a partner and a problem-solver, this leader will help the Provider Enrollment team maintain a reputation for excellence, speed, and partnership.

In addition to overseeing regional portfolio(s), the role will also lead or support Provider Enrollment level initiatives and cross-functional responsibilities impacting the broader team. Operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, the Regional Market Manager must consistently deliver results with urgency, manage escalations, and support team development both vertically and laterally. While this is a full-time role with standard working hours, we are seeking someone flexible, dependable, and willing to do what it takes to meet the team and organizational goals.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary liaison between Provider Enrollment and cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Leads a regional team, manages performance against SLAs, and supports training, workload prioritization, and resource planning.
  • Oversees cross-regional initiatives and implements process improvements to support strategic goals.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports key performance metrics; drives resolution of issues impacting revenue and workflow.
  • Supports change management, workforce development, and continuous improvement across the enrollment function.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years in project management or client management, with team oversight responsibilities.
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and understanding of revenue impact.
  • Provider Enrollment experience not required; strong transferable skills accepted.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $90K-$110K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
