Position SummarY:
As part of the Revenue Cycle team, the Provider Enrollment Coordinator will focus on processing and maintaining provider credentialing information for the entire Practice. Accurate and complete forms to the appropriate payors will be a crucial part to this position.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Submit and manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments for all carriers
- Resolve provider enrollment issues and update address changes with commercial and government payors
- Support documentation, scanning, and upkeep of physician credentialing records in shared drives and software
- Run queries and generate reports from credentialing software and reporting tools
- Manage payor website logins, assist with CAQH profile creation and maintenance, and maintain databases of provider IDs and login credentials
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2+ years experience in provider enrollment, including Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, and major commercial payors
- Knowledge of CAQH and credentialing software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and industry-specific software
- Skilled in managing detailed information, data research, and analysis
COMPENSATION:
The hourly range for this position is $22.50-$25.
