POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Physician Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with physician candidates to support the hiring needs of our National Practice. You will work closely with recruiters and leadership to build a strong talent pipeline of top-tier physicians across Radiology specialties.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive physician candidates via partner platforms, job boards, databases, social media, residency programs, professional associations, and direct outreach 
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified physician candidates for current and future hiring needs 
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools; ensure timely follow-ups and status updates 
  • Collaboration: Partner with physician recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and search priorities 
  • Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, specialty-specific compensation, and regional workforce dynamics to inform sourcing strategy 
  • Outreach Campaigns: Design and implement targeted email campaigns and 1 to many marketing campaigns to attract physician interest and increase employer brand awareness 
  • Identify Radiology Fellowship and Residency programs/trainees nationwide to engage with for future Radiologist openings 
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
  • 2+ years of physician sourcing and screening experience; healthcare or physician recruiting experience strongly preferred 
  • BS/BA preferred 
  • Radiology sourcing experience is a plus 
  • Experience sourcing and screening resumes for a particular skill set or background 
  • Familiarity with physician specialties and medical terminology is a plus 
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity, PracticeLink, or similar platforms 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously 
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools Experience engaging and activating passive candidates 
  • Strategic thinking, breakthrough thinking and creative problem-solving skills, showing an ability to overcome obstacles 
  • Patience and ability to excel under pressure, handling multiple requests often with tight deadlines 

COMPENSATION 
The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for incentive pay.
