POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Manager of Provider Enrollment to lead our radiology-focused provider enrollment operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of provider enrollment with Medicare and state Medicaid programs, with a strong emphasis on group enrollment, multi-state compliance, and CMS/state regulatory oversight. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in radiology provider structures, federal and state enrollment requirements, and cross-functional coordination.

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Leads and manages the provider enrollment team supporting radiologists and imaging centers across multiple states.

·         Oversees all aspects of Medicare and Medicaid group practice enrollment, including initial applications, revalidations, and updates.

·         Manages and coordinates Changes of Ownership (CHOW) and Changes of Information (COI) for Medicare and Medicaid, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documentation and forms (e.g., CMS-855 forms, PEOCS).

·         Maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal and state regulatory changes affecting radiology provider enrollment.

·         Serves as the subject matter expert on radiology-specific enrollment nuances, including diagnostic imaging group structures, supervising physician requirements, and site-specific enrollment.

·         Collaborates with credentialing, compliance, revenue cycle, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely provider data across systems.

·         Develops and implements standardized processes and documentation to support efficient multi-state enrollment operations.

·         Responds to audits, corrective actions, and payer inquiries related to enrollment and compliance.

·         Develops relationships with government payer representatives to resolve issues and expedite enrollments.

·         Performs other duties as assigned.

 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

·         Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field.

·         7+ years of experience in provider enrollment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

·         Prior experience working for CMS, preferred.

 

 

 

 

·         Demonstrated experience with Medicare and Medicaid enrollment for radiology providers across multiple states.

·         Strong understanding of CMS 855 forms, PECOS, state Medicaid portals, and enrollment systems.

·         Proven experience managing CHOW and COI processes for Medicare and Medicaid, including coordination with legal, compliance, and operational teams.

·         Familiarity with radiology-specific operational models, including teleradiology, imaging centers, and supervising/ordering provider requirements.

·         Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

·         Experience in a radiology group practice, imaging center network, or teleradiology organization.

·         Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP).

·         Experience with provider data management platforms and workflow automation tools.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 with performance-based, discretionary bonus potential. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
