POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the Revenue Cycle team, the position will report to Provider Enrollment Management and will be focusing on process and oversight of provider enrollment support teammates and maintaining provider enrollment processes for multiple practices.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create, evaluate, and maintain department workflows, processes, policies and systems. In addition to training support staff (as needed)
- Responsible for completing analytical functions, special projects and be cross trained on running varies reports from multiple systems.
- Maintain the timelines on enrollment/credentialing schedules, communicate with providers and other departments to update as needed, and maintain a strict level of confidentiality for all matters pertaining to provider credentials
- Assist team in identifying resolution of provider enrollment follow-up
- Identify and work with management to resolve problems in provider enrollment processes and when appropriate, initiate changes to prevent future problems
- Assist in training newly hired staff.
- Oversee the enrollment of new providers and groups with government and contracted payors
- Oversee database maintenance of provider IDs, NPPEs logins, and CAQH logins
- Oversee revalidation of providers and groups with government and contracted payors
- Pulls and creates ad-hoc reporting to identify credentialing issues impacting billing team
- Work with internal billing team and vendor to share approvals and work through denials and appeal process
- Maintains knowledge of current payor requirements
- Audits payor directories for current and accurate provider information
- Ensure/audit data entry for providers specific to enrollment and re-validations
- Perform other reasonably related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management personnel
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduate degree preferred and NAMSS certification preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2+ years of Managerial experience in healthcare environment preferred
- Working knowledge and understanding of the Provider Enrollment process
- Experience with OneApp, CAQH, NPPEs, and Pecos
- Medicare credentialing, Medicaid credentialing, and BSBC credentialing
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet resources as well as industry specific software
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with Radiology staff and contacts outside the organization
- Detailed oriented and high degree of accuracy with the ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information as well as to research and analyze data
- Strong organizational skills: ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including letters, memos, and emails
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to think critically and identify the global impact across the revenue cycle with a solution oriented approach

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $65,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
