POSITION SUMMARY

RadPartners IT Team is seeking a motivated, high performing Tier 3 Support Analyst.  The incumbent will provide IT support to end users who utilize RadPartners IT systems in the practice of providing and supporting radiology services.  IT supports responsibilities includes trouble shooting, problem management and apply analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the efficiency and benefit of Radiology Partners IT team.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and escalate daily IT issues, troubleshooting desktop and mobile device problems.
  • Manage user access, incidents, service interruptions, and downtimes, ensuring clear documentation and communication.
  • Create and maintain “how-to” guides for Tier 1 and Tier 2 on-call support.
  • Identify training gaps for Tier 1 and Tier 2 to improve first-call resolution.
  • Track and analyze recurring issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors for long-term solutions.
  • Communicate ongoing issues and workarounds until permanent fixes are in place.
  • Document solutions in the ticketing system and ensure proper resolution communication.
  • Handle inbound technical support calls and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Manage and document planned/unplanned downtimes, escalating as needed.
  • Perform workstation imaging and configuration.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in IT or a healthcare discipline.
  • Knowledge of technology, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of supported products.
  • Experience working with hardware and networks.
  • Familiarity with HIS/RIS, PACS, Voice Recognition systems, and DICOM functionality, including PACS database and study queue resolution.
  • Experience with voice dictation systems like PowerScribe or Fluency.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $70K-$85K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
