POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a passionate Financial Analyst to support growth initiatives, focusing largely on operational finance. This position provides a unique opportunity for a detailed orientated and analytically inclined individual to apply and build their skills while working across multiple functional areas in the practice. A central business goal of the finance team is to transition manual business processes to an automated framework, and we are looking for a teammate to further that mission.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with cross-functional teams to procure, validate, and ensure data integrity required for physician productivity/incentive compensation models
- Perform monthly analytics for productivity/incentive-based physician compensation
- Maintain and enhance monthly accrual and budget reports
- Assist in development of automated solutions for current manual processes
- Perform large dataset reconciliation to ensure data integrity as needed
- Provide support for ad-hoc operational analytics
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Management, Data Science, or related major preferred
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Advance knowledge of MS Office Suite and SQL
- Good communications skills in both written and verbal expression
- Ability to learn and assimilate technical information quickly
- 2+ years of experience in large data set collection/manipulation and financial modeling
- Prior experience in data transformation and business intelligence platforms preferred

The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $85,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
