POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Strategic Finance is a key leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, long-term planning, and business performance analysis. This individual will partner with senior executives to provide insights and recommendations that support corporate growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, return on investment modeling and capture, and strategic decision-making.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leads financial planning and analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Develops and manage financial models for long-term forecasting, budgeting, and return on investments.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Drives strategic initiatives, including operational initiatives, investment evaluations, and market expansion.
  • Monitors and assesses key financial metrics and economic conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Serves as area CFO to Chief Development Officer and Sr VP Corporate Strategy and Development
  • Optimizes financial processes and systems to improve reporting, forecasting, and decision support.
  • Assists in preparation of board presentations and investor materials as needed
  • Partners with various business units to ensure alignment between financial objectives and operational goals.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with large data sets and applying them to practical solutions
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $140,000-$165,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
