Position SummarY:
Radiology Partners is seeking a Digital Experience Content Editor to serve as a website administrator for the practice. The Digital Experience Content Editor is charged with day-to-day website maintenance and technical support of RP’s digital applications and properties. In partnership with the Digital Experience Manager, the UX Designer, Creative Brand Management, Communications, Marketing and IT teams and other internal and external partners, the Digital Experience Content Editor will perform external and internal content updates and website maintenance in support of RP’s overall digital strategy.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain RP’s digital platforms (website, intranet, 48 local sites), ensuring functionality, security, accessibility (WCAG), and alignment with brand standards.
- Design, build, and test web pages using HTML, CSS, and CMS tools (e.g., SharePoint, WordPress), with a focus on user experience, SEO, and responsive performance.
- Support and train admin users, respond to user requests, and ensure smooth daily operations across all digital properties.
- Monitor and analyze site performance using analytics tools, configure reporting dashboards, and apply industry best practices to optimize digital presence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and contribute to RP’s mission and culture with strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CIS, MIS, business administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing website or business technology projects of varying complexity.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Drupal, and Microsoft SharePoint or similar CMS/frameworks.
- Familiarity with WCAG and Section 508 web accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices; experience with tools like Semrush is a plus.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $65,000-$77,500. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
