POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a Clinical Communications Coordinator to join our CORE Team. This position is responsible for relaying urgent and non-urgent medical results to healthcare professionals and communicating feedback from Radiologists to technologists to ensure exams are complete. Success in this role will involve effective problem-solving, communication, and follow-up with multiple stakeholders. The Clinical Communications Coordinator will directly contribute to Radiology Partners' mission to transform radiology through quality patient care.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solve problems for Radiologists, technologists, referring physicians, and patients from a call center environment.
- Relay Radiologist feedback to technologists to ensure proper exam completion and clarity.
- Facilitate communication between referring physicians and Radiologists via call patching.
- Communicate STAT reads and pertinent positives to healthcare professionals accountable for patient care.
- Update PACS and reporting systems, ensuring all necessary records are current.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Medical Assistant (MA) Certification or equivalent experience required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Call center experience and 6+ months of experience in a similar role (e.g., Results Communicator or Rad Assistant) is preferred.
COMPENSATION
The hourly range for this position is $17–$24. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
