POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners seeks a high-energy, results-driven Physician Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for remote radiologists. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. The recruiter will source, screen, and place top talent, ensuring alignment with practice needs and leveraging expertise in radiology and remote work dynamics for seamless placements.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead full-cycle physician recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating offers with Ops, HR, and Legal.
  • Ensure recruitment aligns with practice needs and RP values.
  • Use data analysis and market research to project staffing needs and improve processes.
  • Manage recruitment data, administration, and strategy/marketing efforts.
  • Remote role with up to 25% travel for conferences, meetings, and events.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, including 3+ years in physician recruitment.
  • BS/BA preferred; healthcare and radiology experience a plus.
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, networking, contract negotiation, and physician employment trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
