The Production Control Team Lead drives efficiency and productivity by managing both internal and offshore teams of PC Representatives. You'll tackle workflow challenges, ensure timely and accurate processes, and guide your team to meet performance goals. Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide offshore and internal PC Representatives, answering questions and assisting with account scenarios, processes, and procedures.
- Manage team workflow and employee production, ensuring established goals and performance metrics are met.
- Create and maintain reports for workflow management and team performance tracking.
- Coordinate and oversee outsourced processes, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide ongoing training to PC Representatives, both offshore and internal, to enhance skills and improve productivity.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or 3+ years of related experience.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide teams and resolve complex issues.
- Experience with billing software (such as Imagine) is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, define problems, and establish effective solutions for team issues.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, and other factors. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
