Advanced Radiology, SC (ARSC) has over 30 years of experience serving patients in the Midwest. ARSC is a 23 physician partially sub-specialized radiology group staffing multiple hospitals, clinics and imaging centers. We are headquartered in the Iowa/Illinois Quad Cities Region with affiliate, ARSC East, in Rockford, Illinois. ARSC is seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible General Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team. Fellowship experience is a plus, but not required. ARSC has opportunities for full-time or part-time partnership track positions onsite or a hybrid of remote/onsite. All opportunities provide for very flexible work shifts and extensive time off. Our practice believes in an equitable contribution of the workload and providing a great work-life balance. Partners enjoy 4-day workweeks and believe in a clean list culture, with minimal variation in productivity and equal share of site/shift rotations between rads. Our practice is supported by Powerscribe driven by natural language processing tools and editors along with enhanced AI tools such as AIdoc, RP Cloud and RecoMD.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading all aspects of diagnostic radiology and performing light interventional procedures if in an onsite/hybrid role. Ability to read mammography is preferred but not required. Candidates must have a proven record of outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule: variable includes combination of onsite & remote shifts Sunday through Saturday
- Hours: Variable ranging from 7am CST to 11pm CST (Not staffed overnights 11pm-7am CST)
- Remote Evening and Weekend Shifts
- Partners enjoy 4 Day workweek
- Full range of general diagnostic radiology including Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, Nuclear Medicine
- Ability to perform Light interventional procedures
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
- Candidates must be eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or American Board of Osteopathic Radiology
- Fellowship training in any subspecialty preferred, but not required
- MQSA preferred, but not required
- Candidates must have an Iowa, Illinois & Wisconsin medical license or the ability to obtain
