POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is seeking a skilled data quality analyst to enhance the accuracy and integrity of Radiology Partner’s (RP) data by developing and implementing quality procedures. This role involves performing data analysis, collaborating with end users, data stewards, and database developers to improve data collection and storage, and preparing reports or corrections. The analyst will support, track, and collect information related to RP’s Data & Analytics Governance program, ensuring reliable data to support business processes. Reporting to the Manager of Data Governance Data Quality, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise and experience in a similar role.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contribute to RP’s Data & Analytics Governance (D&AG) model by developing and maintaining data quality programs.
  • Perform statistical tests, run queries, and clean data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Evaluate system performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and improve data collection and storage methods.
  • Collaborating with end users, analysts, data stewards, database developers and other IT areas to improve data collection and storage processes
  • Interpret trends, create dashboards, and present analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Document processes, enforce data quality checks, and stay updated on industry trends.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of data analysis experience.
  • Up to 75% of each day is spent in SQL, must have strong SQL experience.
  • Candidate must be proficient in scripting SQL queries to analyze data, identify trends and highlight deficiencies. 
  • Healthcare and/or Radiology experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Azure Databricks, MS Excel, and business intelligence tools like PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and data quality checks.
  • Ability to script queries, evaluate results, identify variances, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
