POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking an Imaging Center Manager who is accountable for the routine daily operations of the outpatient facility.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Responsible for upholding Premier Radiology visions, values, and guiding principles. Responsible for maintaining positive morale levels in areas supervised. Communicates in a positive and effective manner with customers and staff
•    Responsible for the routine daily operation in assigned area(s) of the Outpatient Radiology Center
•    Responsible for the managing and supervising of staff and all technical and clerical aspects of the center in regards to service. This includes but is not limited to: payroll, maintaining insurance for the facility, payables, deposits, etc.
•    Responsible for employee scheduling, daily work assignments, and the attainment of departmental productivity standards using Merge RIS software
•    Responsible for maintenance of department schedule and call schedule
•    Works with Director to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
•    Is responsible for departmental cross training; works in conjunction with clinical supervisor
•    Responsible for departmental quality control
•    Responsible for daily evaluation of equipment and scheduling of repair and maintenance in assigned areas as may be required
•    Responsible for the procurement, installation and training of new capital equipment
•    Responsible for maintaining radiologic services in accordance with standards established by the department and such state, local, and federal standards which may apply. Responsible for technical aspect of radiation safety
•    Is responsible for stock level, storage and utilization in assigned areas
•    Is responsible for productivity and trends reporting to the Director
•    Responsible for departmental UKG time records
•    Responsible for recommending selection of personnel, their appointment, supervision or performance appraisals and termination of employment
•    Responsible for departmental orientation, department meetings, and training programs
•    Responsible for additional tasks related to management issues
•    Responsible for safety program and Quality Improvement

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    A minimum of five years’ experience in a hospital/medical and/or radiology department, with 3 years supervisory/management experience
•    Microsoft
