Position Summary
Are you a passionate and skilled musculoskeletal radiologist looking for a rewarding opportunity? We invite you to explore a partnership track position within our vibrant musculoskeletal radiology section in the heart of Austin. Our team of musculoskeletal radiologists possesses expertise in interpreting a wide array of imaging modalities, encompassing MSK ultrasound among them. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for nurturing and sustaining positive relationships with colleagues in orthopedics, sports medicine, and rheumatology.
The workload is distributed with a focus of around 80% on musculoskeletal radiology and approximately 20% on general radiology. The ideal candidate who is proficient in general radiology, as the musculoskeletal (MSK) section is integrated into the general call pool.
Our partnership track extends over two years, featuring a competitive salary that can reach up to $650,000. Alongside this, we offer an extensive benefits package and a generous 13 weeks of vacation time, emphasizing a commitment to fostering a great work-life balance for our team.
The ideal applicant should express a keen interest in teaching, considering our collaborative partnership with Dell Medical School. Our work environment is not only desirable but also meticulously designed for optimal efficiency. Our practice boasts a dedicated support staff, a robust IT infrastructure, and the option for private or shared reading rooms during after-hours shifts. This ensures a comprehensive and well-supported work environment for all team members.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full gamut of musculoskeletal radiology
- Body CT/US
- Light general procedures (thora, para, LP)
- Mammo MQSA (but light mammo)
- No Neuro or body MRI required.
- Light head and Spine CT
- Team player and hard worker
- Days and Evenings available.
