POSITION SUMMARY

  •  Academic Radiologist – Dell Medical School at the University of Texas Residency Program
  •  Monday – Friday, no weekends, no call
  •  Full-Time or Part-Time
  •  Full faculty position focused on teaching, with the potential to become a professor at Dell Medical School

We are seeking a dedicated academic radiologist to join our team, contributing to the education and growth of our radiology residency program, which has four residents per year and a total of 16 when full. The work environment is efficient, supported by a strong staff, advanced IT infrastructure, and flexible reading room options (private or common) for after-hours work. Teaching Responsibilities:

As a faculty member, you will have typical academic radiology duties, including:

  • Daily resident readouts
  • Supervision of procedures
  • Lecture responsibilities
  • Participation in tumor boards (all ARA radiologists, faculty or not, attend relevant tumor boards)

While teaching is a key component of the role, no grant support or research obligations are required. The focus is on delivering high-quality education to residents while supporting clinical operations.
