Position Summary

Radiology Associates of Appleton (RAA) is seeking a full-time Breast Radiologist to join our 18-person physician team. Fellowship training in breast imaging is preferred, but not required. This position is an on-site, partnership track position and offers either a 4- or 5-day work-week schedule. Candidates seeking part-time work will also be considered (less than 4 workdays per week).  The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading all aspects of diagnostic radiology. Candidates must be proficient with all breast imaging and interventions, including MR and tomosynthesis-guided breast biopsies and wire-free localizations. This opportunity will allow for the breast imager to participate in breast cancer conferences as well as NAPBC accreditation requirements and participation in managing a full-service regional breast imaging center. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full time – Onsite Shift
  • 4 Day Work Week
  • Equitable share of weekend call and early evening call (no Overnight call)
  • Proficient with all breast imaging and interventions-including MR, tomosynthesis-guided breast biopsies and wire-free localizations
  • Comfortable with All Diagnostic Radiology Imaging
  • Participate in Breast Cancer Conferences
  • Help Manage a Full-Service Breast Imaging Center


DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
  • Candidates must be eligible or certified through the American Board of Radiology or American Board of Osteopathic Radiology
  • Fellowship training in Breast Imaging is preferred, but not required
  • MQSA required
  • Wisconsin medical license or the ability to obtain one is required
