Position SummarY:

Radiology Partners is seeking a RCM Quality Performance Associate responsible for activities related to RP’s MACRA and Dictation Feedback program initiatives within the revenue cycle management department.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage data to support strategic decisions and ensure data quality standards.
• Build and maintain Smartsheets and automation for RCM Quality workflows.
• Monitor MACRA and Dictation Feedback performance; create scorecards and review coder compliance.
• Deliver training and write departmental policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership and adapt to evolving business needs.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferred
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD 10 and CMS Quality Payment Program, preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), required. 
• Excel preferred experience with Formula generation, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs
• Proficiency with Smartsheet software, preferred.  Including automation and formula generation.
• Proficient with SQL Server Management Studio, preferred

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
