Position SummarY:

The Quality Assurance Specialist supports the CORE Leadership team in planning, auditing, and improving performance across RP teams and clients. This role focuses on analyzing key metrics, monitoring performance, and providing actionable feedback. Responsibilities include leading quality initiatives, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous training and process improvements. The position drives internal and external quality improvements through audits, reporting, and communication strategies aligned with leadership goals.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality audits on chats, calls, emails, and workflows, and investigate reported issues to ensure resolution and compliance.
  • Analyze performance and quality data, generate reports, and identify training and education needs.
  • Support the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and quality monitoring guidelines.
  • Contribute to the design and evaluation of data-driven performance improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements.
  • Educate team members on performance improvement tools and assess the effectiveness of training materials and programs.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate Degree, MA Certification, or equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor’s Degree, GXMO, or ARRT Certification preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a radiology support role.
  • Education or experience in medical terminology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including basic to advanced Excel functionality.

COMPENSATION:

The hourly range for this position is $24-$29.
