POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners seeks a Manager of Physician Recruitment to lead the National Remote Physician Recruiting team. This role involves overseeing recruitment efforts, developing strategies, and managing a team of recruiters. The Manager will also drive the execution of processes related to sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and physician retention.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead a geographically distributed team in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit qualified radiologists and APPs nationwide.
  • Create scalable recruitment processes, tools, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requisitions and establish metrics.
  • Optimize recruiting tools and strategies to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Foster communication and cooperation within the team and with leadership.
  • Provide performance management guidance to direct reports.
  • Remote role with up to 25% travel required for meetings and conferences.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field preferred.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years leading a team.
  • Physician recruitment experience highly preferred.
  • Data-driven approach to optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in high-growth or start-up environments preferred.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $115,000-$125,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
