POSITION SUMMARY

 Radiology Partners is seeking a Supervisor, Charge Reconciliation to support timely and complete billing. As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management Team, you will contribute to achieving revenue cycle goals by ensuring all clinical exams are in our claim cycle in a timely manner, for a large regional portfolio. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders, and acting as a thought partner with leadership.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Directly manage and oversee charge reconciliation performance for an assigned region or portfolio, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate billing in alignment with RCM goals.
  •  Supervise a team of Analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to drive ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate team metrics, setting clear expectations and escalating gaps in performance or progress on a regular cadence.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex reconciliation issues, partnering with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Billing, and PMs) to identify root causes and drive resolution.
  • Develop and deliver clear, actionable summaries for portfolio performance; independently lead regular review meetings with key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and emerging issues using data-driven insights to anticipate downstream impacts and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Own the success of special projects across the team, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure alignment with RCM and enterprise objectives.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, improve data integrity, and reduce delays in billing.
  • Ensure standardization of reconciliation workflows across assigned areas and support the adoption of best practices.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives, including system enhancements, new client onboarding, and enterprise-wide revenue cycle transformations.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or accounting preferred.
  •  Over 4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management required, with expertise in radiology preferred. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Experience with SQL and Power BI preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across people, processes, and technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and conciseness.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent teamwork and quick learning abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions (Finance, IT, Clinical Leaders, Performance Management)
  • Over 1 year of experience leading a team or driving results through non-direct reports
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

COMPENSATION 

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
