Position Summary

Radiology Partners is seeking an adaptable, collaborative radiologist to join our innovative SEAL Team (Stabilize, Engage, Align, Lead)—an elite group of physicians that supports the successful launch and integration of new Radiology Partners practices nationwide.

This is a 100% remote weekend opportunity designed for radiologists seeking flexibility, meaningful work, and strong earning potential. As a member of the SEAL Team, you'll help deliver high-quality patient care while supporting new practice partnerships and helping shape their long-term success.

About the SEAL Team

The SEAL Team is made up of highly engaged, experienced radiologists who help support new Radiology Partners sites during critical growth and transition periods. These physicians play an important role in ensuring a seamless integration process while promoting clinical excellence, physician engagement, and operational success.

This role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic national practice while maintaining a highly desirable remote weekend schedule.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Comfortable working a consistent weekend schedule
  • Adaptable and team-oriented
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving practice environment
  • Committed to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting practice growth

Compensation

Compensation for this position ranges from $200,000–$300,000, with final compensation based on factors including experience, training, certifications, and geographic location.
