POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking an RCM Integrations Performance Manager responsible for managing the success and execution of RCM projects related to practice operations. This involves actively analyzing and building metrics to ensure billing teams maintain service quality and standards post-project implementation; identifying opportunities and owning special projects for Revenue Cycle process improvements; establishing clear lines of communication between the billing teams and other resources within RP and the RCM team such as practice operations, analytics, credentialing, and IT. As a key member of the revenue cycle team, the manager will work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute project plans. The Performance Manager will report to the Associate Director, RCM Integrations.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creatively use technology and innovation to solve problems, present findings, and improve complex processes
- Navigate and understand integration project issues across multiple functional areas including clients, IT, Billing Operations, Practice Operations, System Setup, Provider Enrollment and Analytics
- Review daily, weekly and monthly key performance metrics to identify trends, work with billing teams to develop, document and implement action plans, as appropriate
- Improve, build, and maintain collateral related to project success and performance
- Resolve risks and communicate status at a program/portfolio level
- Prioritize projects to ensure key partners are appropriately allocating resources; right priorities – right time
- Evaluate methods of undertaking and completing projects for efficiency gains or process improvement
- Demonstrate business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to deliver executive level communication across multiple mediums.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Masters Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration with 2-3 years of related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with changing deadlines
- Advanced skills within the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Highly motivated self-starter who can drive results
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
