POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is currently seeking a Manager to join its high-performing integrations team. This role is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to develop their career as a healthcare operation professional. As the Manager, you will work directly with the Vice President of Integrations and Operations and a broader team of experienced Directors and Managers, and will lead hospital and physician practice integrations, acting as the primary project management and client relationship manager for your portfolio of integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced work structure, has experience driving results through others while also executing on tasks and strategies themselves, and is comfortable reporting out to c-suite and physician level stakeholders.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Integrations Management 
  • Manage integrations with support from the Director and Vice President, navigating varying types and complexities of integrations 
  • Drive results through internal and external stakeholders, managing functional teams to ensure necessary outcomes are met 
  • Facilitate and lead integration communication touch-points, understand critical points of go-live failure and escalate appropriately, as necessary 
  • Deploy on comprehensive staffing plans, determine staffing needs, and contribute to physician recruitment efforts 
  • Work in a dyad partnership with the lead integration VP, physician leaders and field operations counterparts 
Practice Management 
  • Execute on operational strategies while considering implications beyond the current moment/week/etc. 
  • Partner with both client and RP stakeholders to anticipate potential challenges and proactively create mitigation strategies and solutions 
  • Optimize physician schedule and staffing plan for greater efficiency and cost effectiveness, while ensuring compliance with SLAs 
  • Monitor demand vs. supply regularly and shift approach, as needed, to ensure budgets are met and long-term financial stability 
Culture & Leadership 
  • Effectively navigate complex, challenging client relationships; diplomatically lead difficult conversations and manage issues (real or perceived) - in collaboration with field ops counterparts 
  • Deploy on change management strategies for projects/initiative

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management (PMP) certification preferred 
  • At least 1-3 years of project management experience 
  • Ability to manage projects independently 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Excellent analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills 
  • Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills 
  • Highly motivated self-started who is an excellent team player 
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry a plus 
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
