POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and collaborative Manager, Strategic Initiatives - Payor Contracting to support the development and execution of key initiatives that fuel our growth and drive revenue performance. This high-impact role will report to the AVP of Payor Strategy and Contracting, and partner with internal stakeholders including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Payor Contracting Negotiators, Analytics and Finance to develop insightful analytic models, analyze market dynamics, and optimize our contracting strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex problems, and is ready to bring energy and creativity to a dynamic healthcare organization. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping RP’s payor strategy, supporting our mission to transform radiology.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Leverage quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop frameworks, and facilitate project management for key payor contracting initiatives 
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and senior leadership presentations, with a focus on pricing strategies 
  • Identify and advise on revenue opportunities and challenges 
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Finance to develop well-thought-out analyses and models in support of key payor contracting initiatives 
  • Present to Senior Leadership: Synthesize complex analyses into actionable insights and deliver clear and focused messaging to senior leaders 
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Track evolving payor and demographic dynamics, and advise on implications and potential impacts to the organization

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or related field from a four-year College or University and 4+ years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Proven analytic and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work with complex models and generate meaningful insights and takeaways 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders 
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player 
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands 
  • Strong ability to independently drive results and meet deadlines 
  • Knowledge of healthcare payor contracting, revenue cycle management, strategy, finance or operations a plus 
  • Consulting or relevant healthcare experience a plus

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
